Please mark your calendars for next Friday, 4/23, at 6PM for our next BMAC
monthly meeting. Please note that that is one week earlier than our usual
last Friday of the month. Zoom details are at the bottom of this email.
The reason why is exciting:
This is hopefully our LAST Zoom meeting! We will have a lot of details in
this meeting about our new in-person meeting place, the Great British Food
Company! This is a great location, with an owner, Steve, who is excited to
have us. We’ll have the use of his bar for morning meetings, the food is
good, the parking is safe and there’s even a way we can wheel in bikes to
the back patio for show-and-tell. We’re currently at condition yellow for
covid restrictions, and most people who want the shot have gotten at least
one already, so we’re gonna go for it.
We’re doing it a week early so that we can shift our physical meetings back
to the original first Saturday of the month. So we will have TWO meetings,
a week apart; this last Zoom meeting, followed by an in-person meeting at
Great British Food Company on Saturday, May 1 . followed by an after-meeting
ride if the weather cooperates. We’ll have more details about that in next
Friday’s meeting as well.
Interested new riders are welcome to join us so feel free to invite a
friend.
